This piece was a private comission by a custom home contractor in Fresno. The client provided a black and white photograph for the initial idea, but requested that a bistro table set for two and an inscription above the door be added.

It was painted on four custom 9" x 12" Travertine tiles, installed in a matching Travertine backsplash, and bordered with Black Galaxy Granite. The custom color palette for this piece was taken from the client's home. It also reflects the family's tuscan heritage.
